The originating driver inspects the shipments while picking up from our warehouse to be deliverd to you. Upon delivery to you, the freight items are presented with a delivery receipt that gives you the opportunity to inspect the item and sign for the item with no damage noted.
If the delivery receipt document is signed for with no damage noted you will have to contact the delivering freight company to file a claim directly with them.
